Aim: AS Interalia focuses on refining skills for elite performance by offering training, counseling and management opportunities for athletes from proprioception, initiation, conception, amateurism, professionalism through retirement. Our scouting network recruits quality players with main goal of participating in high school, college, and professional sports.
Objectives: As a result of this elitist pro-bound approach, we reserve opportunities for the few local as well as international players who successfully make it through intense recruitment process. Physiological, Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological, Educational and Nutrition assessments are conducted by local as well as foreign coaches and psychologists to retain a spot at the academy.
Recruitment: Recruitment is on a recurrent basis using standardized evaluations based on ability. Once successful the candidate will be join one of our 5 teams (U-16 boys and Girls & U 19 Boys and Girls).The 5th team is an adult recreational team made of veteran players or non-competitive elite level players. Each team retains a maximum of 30 players and shall play for not more than 3 years with the expectation of moving to the next age or ability level or playing in college or pro.
Management: Once graduated from the academy, college-bound players shall work with a NCAA approved scout to facilitate entry into college sports. O the other hand, pro-bound athletes shall be represented by a FIFA approved agent to seek local, national and international playing opportunities.
Application: Players must be assessed and go through the recruiting process in order to join AS Interalia. Selection is based on physiological, technical, tactical, physical, psychological scores.
Assessments: A.S. Interalia offers skill assessments using standardized psychometric tests and performance analysis. Results from these assessments are sufficient to placing an athlete in the proper ability level and used by coaches for recruitment and selection.

SEAO INTERALIA provides a unique opportunity for training, counseling and managing players from amateurism to professionalism.
Develop and refine technical, tactical, physical and psychological soccer skills from proprioception to Elite Level.
Conduct performance assessments and analytics, providing periodic reports on technical, tactical, physical and psychological development.
Establish scouting opportunities and tryouts for JV, Varsity, College and Professional Clubs locally, nationally and internationally.
Agency representation, Pro-contracts and Management for Elite Level Players
