MILE 4Fitness
The main goal of this program is to implement the Post Rehab Exercise Therapy with objectives of transforming Walkers into Joggers then to Runners. Our Group Training Program consists of 10 stages of exercise intervals along approximately 4 miles distance in an outdoor field setting lasting 60 minutes. A series of time sensitive exercises are assigned in each stage over every round to optimize workout. Locations are subject to periodic changes in a bid to conquering various terrains. Adaptations include:
Flexibility, Cardio Endurance, Muscle Resistance, Agility, Strength, Coordination, BalanceHydration
